This free program is for children ages 7-12. Register your child by calling (530) 538-2200 the week before the program. Junior Rangers are encouraged to attend on their own (parents can take a walk in the park unit during the program so kids can participate on their own). We learn about RECYCLING, how to recycle in the campground, and why it benefits the environment. We play cooperative games to share with each other. Junior Rangers get a log book and an Adventure Guide. Wear sturdy shoes that completely enclose the foot (no flip flops please) and bring your water bottle.
