Ribbon Cutting Ceremony held at Business Resource Group

Business Resource Group Midwest, a professional bookkeeping and payroll company headquartered in Carterville, IL, is proud to announce they have been serving Southern Illinois for 10 years. Business Resource Group Midwest has recently expanded services into Paducah, KY and Cape Girardeau, MO. Business Resource Group has expanded its services over the years to include QuickBooks Training workshops for small groups and One-on-One QuickBooks Training.

Business Resource Group Midwest was founded in October 2005 by Kelli Ballard. Ms. Ballard had recently sold a similar company in Northern California and re-located her family to Southern Illinois. Business Resource Group first opened an office in the SIU Business Incubator prior to moving to Carterville where the corporate headquarters is currently located.

“Small Business Owners are the best and hardest working people in the world” says Ms. Ballard, “It is a joy to help them achieve their goals.” The Business Resource Group Midwest works with businesses of many different industries and sizes. While starting out 10 years ago as a one “woman” band, Business Resource Group Midwest now has a full time office manager and part time staff bookkeeper. “We do the part of the business that they (business owners) don’t enjoy.”

On Friday, October 9, 2015, Business Resource Group Midwest, located at 809 S. Division St, hosted a Customer Appreciation Reception from 10 a.m. to noon. There was a ribbon cutting at 10:30.
