Join us at PopStroke Orlando at Waterford Lakes for a high energy Bootcamp Pop Up Workout experience in partnership with Avalon Park Gym Wellness Center! 💪⛳️
This 45 minute full body workout is designed to challenge and motivate participants of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, through a combination of traditional bodyweight exercises focused on building strength, endurance, and stamina.
After class, stay and enjoy Bites & Bubbles while connecting with local wellness vendors and discovering some of the businesses making an impact in the Orlando wellness community. ✨
