This exciting community event will bring together local businesses, families, entrepreneurs, and community leaders to celebrate Hispanic culture, support small businesses, and create meaningful connections in North Texas.
We are inviting businesses and organizations to participate as vendors with a 10x10 booth space, giving you the opportunity to showcase your products or services directly to attendees.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, chairs, and display materials.

1. Temporary Food Permit- each vendor will need to apply for a permit ($50 permit fee per vendor).

2. Food Truck Permits- each food truck will need to apply for a Temporary Mobile Food Vendor permit ($50 permit fee per vendor). 3. Food trucks may need to schedule a fire permit for the truck ($100 permit per truck) if they don't have an annual permit. Please contact Laramie Vest (Fire Marshal) at 972-874-6217 to schedule an inspection.
Vendor Participation Terms
By registering and submitting payment, the vendor agrees to the following: All GNTHCC outdoor events are Rain or Shine. Vendors who cancel 30 days or more before the event may request a 50% refund in writing. Vendors who cancel within 30 days of the event or do not attend will forfeit all fees paid. If GNTHCC must cancel or reschedule the event due to weather, safety concerns, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control, vendors will receive event credit (not a refund) that may be used toward another GNTHCC event within 12 months. Booth placement is determined by GNTHCC. Vendors are responsible for required permits, licenses, insurance (if applicable), and bringing their own setup unless otherwise stated. GNTHCC is not responsible for loss, theft, weather impacts, or injury.
