Pillars of Leadership is a 12-month, in-person leadership development program designed for emerging leaders, middle managers, and high-potential professionals ready to elevate their leadership skills. Unlike traditional corporate training, Pillars delivers a peer-driven, highly interactive experience where members grow together through structured learning, real-world application, and accountability.
Each monthly session focuses on a critical leadership topic - from strategy and decision-making to emotional intelligence, communication, and team performance. Sessions combine expert guest speakers, collaborative workshops, breakout discussions, and peer coaching.

Tuition Cost
- $300 per month/ AHCC members & Non-profit
- $350 per month/ per non-member
- 10% discount for companies paying full
- 12-Month tuition upfront
