In Session six, we will explore foundational leadership principles that focus on developing the leader from within. This session focuses on leadership as influence and challenges participants to intentionally develop vision, character, priorities, and motivation in every area of life, from business to family and community. Through practical discussion and application, participants will examine how personal growth, self-discipline, attitude, and servant leadership create positive change and inspire others. This session reinforces the idea that leadership is not a position, but a daily commitment to grow, serve, and lead from within.
