our monthly warrior won wellness book club is more than just reading; it’s a space for reflection, connection & deep self-discovery. a place where fiction & non-fiction come together to inspire balance & nurture the ancient yogic practice of svadhyaya: self-study, inner awareness & growth.
how it works:
- this month’s book: The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk
- grab a copy & read as much as you can. no pressure, just presence.
- register for our next book club gathering. a cozy, heart-centered space to share movement, insights, stories & reflections.
