SCCO is celebrating 20 years in service to Shelby County. Saturday, April 20, 11 - 3 pm. Shelby County Community Outreach, 1105 8th Street, Harlan. Open house featuring beef sundaes while they last, 60% off store-wide (excluding premier items), door prizes, and (weather permitting) outdoor activities for kids, including painting and a bounce house.
