The Hispano Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for the 2024 Youth Summit and Future’s Fair at the Pete V. Domenici Educational Building at the National Hispanic Cultural Center on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. The 2024 Youth Summit and Futures Fair seeks to empower New Mexico high school students (9th-12th grade) and young adults (from 18 to 25 years old) to take charge of and make informed financial decisions by providing comprehensive educational workshops and training platforms centered around three core pillars: financial literacy, career exploration, and college readiness. The Summit will positively impact their lives, contribute to their long-term financial and professional success, and connect them with New Mexico community resources, colleges, universities, trades, and technical schools.
Program highlights:
- Interactive Workshops: Engaging sessions led by financial experts, career advisors, and educators to facilitate learning and skill development.
- Futures Fair: A college and career fair with booths for colleges, trade schools, financial institutions, networks, and insights from industry professionals sharing their experiences and offering valuable advice to inspire and guide the youth.
- Networking Opportunities: A platform for students and young adults to connect, exchange ideas, and build associations that foster collaboration and growth.
