Description
Merchants Safe Trick or Treat down Main Street Chester is a Halloween tradition. Merchants up and down the street happily open their doors to children of all ages to share in the fun. Safe crossing of streets is provided by the Interact Club at Chester High School. Merchants open their doors from 3 - 5 pm. Costume Contest from 3 - 5 pm at "Old Town" provided by Dede Peterson at 139 Main Street, sponsored by Lake Almanor Area Chamber.
