Description
Diversity training has evolved from focusing solely on eliminating discrimination to proactively seeking inclusion. In the end, diversity is about cultivating meaningful relationships. This training explains what behaviors create separation, how to foster a culture of inclusion, recognize different ways of conveying respect to individuals, and behaviors that influence others to be part of the solution.
