Basic AR Class
Description
This course is for the new or beginner AR Platform shooter/owner. The student will learn the history, design and function of the AR platform rifle. They will also be taught field stripping, maintenance, ammunition selection, sight adjustments/zeroing, and weapons handling. The course time will also include firing positions, fundamental of marksmanship, loading/unloading, and clearing malfunctions. Students will assemble/disassemble their AR platform, zero sights, conduct live fire exercises and conclude with a session on weapon maintenance.Topics Covered:
