Concept 3 Movement is a small independent holistic and well-being exercise studio offering a range of movement-based therapies. Our 3 main areas of focus are Pilates, Yoga, and Personal Training. The name was a conceptual idea born out of the fact that every holistic and well-being goal starts with movement, and in particular three-dimensional movement patterns. We at Concept 3 Movement use 3 individual disciplines to advocate our ethos – Pilates, Yoga, and Personal Training. Whether your goal is to increase the number of miles you walk per week or develop core strength, improve your posture, or get rid of a few unwanted pounds, we will endeavor to help you achieve your goals.

Concept 3 Movement is home to an independent holistic health and well–being studio offering a range of services from Pilates to Personal Training. Our maxim and ethos are very much centered around client focus. Guiding each individual to achieve their holistic health potential by empowering them to feel purposeful and valued through movement.
Studio Director Chucks has over 20 years of experience in the fitness, health, and wellness industry and is passionate about each individual achieving their holistic health and well–being potential. This attribute he sees in all his instructors is a very important component for anyone joining the team.
