Head architect Tom Harley has designed a wide variety of projects and building types throughout Western Pennsylvania and Indiana County. He is experienced in providing design and construction services for low-income, elderly, and family residents in a single building, townhouse, see, and walk-up apartment construction. He also has a special interest and expertise in the area of historic preservation.

Harley is actively involved in several professional organizations including the American Institute of Architects, Pennsylvania Society of Architects, Pittsburgh Chapter of AIA, and Urban Land Institute. A lifelong fascination with history prompted his membership in The Historical and Genealogical Society of Indiana County and The National Trust for Historic Preservation Forum.

Mr. Harley earned his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from North Dakota State University in Fargo North Dakota. He minored in history and interior design. He earned his Master of Architecture from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His master's thesis was on the history of the Alvin Theater in Pittsburgh.
