UF/IFAS Extension Hardee County is dedicated to providing education to citizens in Hardee County. We are governed by Hardee County BOCC and UF/IFAS. Our staff includes an Agricultural Extension Agent, a 4-H Extension Agent, a 4-H Program Assistant, a Multi-County Citrus Agent, an FNP Program Assistant, and an Executive Assistant.
We provide research-based information to clients in the areas of agriculture, citrus, 4-H, and Food and Nutrition. We also provide classes and testing opportunities for clients who desire to renew or obtain a pesticide license.
We have 14 active 4-H clubs.
