LB Electric Co., LLC is an electrical contractor and engineering firm offering a full spectrum of services to commercial, industrial, institutional, government, and healthcare agencies.

In 1999, Leon decided it was time to launch LB Electric Company, LLC (LBE), at EDC III, Newark, NJ. LB Electric provides electrical systems, testing, solar (photovoltaic), designs, and installation for major organizations, including, but not limited to commercial, industrial, schools, hospitals, and government agencies.

In 2006, Leon purchased a 20,000 sq. ft. building, in Cedar Grove, NJ that serves as LB Electrics corporate headquarters. Leon also serves as president and CEO of LB Training Center and LB Glass Enterprise.
