Farm & Home Supply was founded as a single store back in 1960, then known as Quincy Farm Supply, by Mr. & Mrs. Floyd Baker and Mr. & Mrs. Karl Bowles. Since those humble beginnings we have expanded operations to include eleven physical stores across three states and a new e-commerce website in 2015. We serve a region with millions of people that includes everything from unincorporated neighborhoods to major cities.

Our company has been – and still is – owned by local families focused on providing knowledgeable, courteous service and products you need to live a great life here in the Midwest. We proudly carry a unique mix of major brands, private label products, and items by boutique and specialty vendors. We are part of the Mid-States Distributing Company, a buying group of independently owned and operated farm and ranch retailers located throughout the US and Canada. Membership in the group allows smaller retailers to carry a broad range of high-end products and compete with big box stores. We also partner with top-notch companies to provide business solutions that make us even stronger.
