I specialize in helping seniors who are planning to change their living arrangements, prepare and sell the family home. There are a myriad of things that need to be done before the sale. I can coordinate movers and contractors to prepare the home for sale.
Just before the senior moves out of the house, I hold what I call a "Memory Party". I ask for all their friends names and addresses and I send them an invitation to an evening at the senior's home. I have it catered and have a photographer there to take pictures of all their friends. These pictures are then put in a photo album and given to the senior and the anyone else wanting to cherish the memories of the home.
