OPI has been in business since 1983 with a primary focus on Rural Nevada. With OPI you don't have any 1-800 numbers, you call a local number and speak to a live person. We have a technician with over 10 years of experience that lives and works in Winnemucca. Our response time for most service request is the same day, having an experienced factory certified technician and a large local inventory you can be assured that when the technician does show up they can resolve your service request on the first visit.
We also have an office in Ely, Elko and Fallon with local support in each of those cities. OPI maintains MSHA certification on 7 full time technicians.
