Milk and Honey

At Milk and Honey, we want to provide our guests with a simple, yet high quality eating experience. We use fresh, local ingredients to create meals that appeal to a wide variety of tastes. It is also important that what we create is reasonably priced so that it is available to all people. Building and sustaining our local community is very important to us, so we strive to support as many producers of high quality, locally grown food as possible.

Our fast casual dining service allows people to choose to order a quick meal if their time is limited, or if it is not, to have a relaxing meal in our comfortable dining area, the former lobby of the famous Saylor Hotel. We hope to preserve and promote our restaurant as one piece of Harlan’s historical downtown.
