E Center is a private non-profit agency that builds healthy communities through education, employment and environmental awareness. We are an agency that envisions strong, healthy communities that are inclusive of all.

Currently E Center administers federally and state funded programs to include Woman’s Infant and Children (WIC); Head Start, Early Head Start, Migrant and Seasonal Head Start, Migrant Early Head Start and state funded General Childcare Programs in Northern California supporting healthy children and families.

E Center is partially funded through voluntary financial contributions. Donations can be made in any amount and are welcome any time.

Together, with our community partners we are serving children and families creating healthy communities that are inclusive of all.
