Kathy Allen is the leader of the Raspberry Mountain Team.  Kathy has been an area resident since 1978 and has been selling local residential real estate since 1994.  She has built her successful business on the principles of professionalism, passion, top-notch marketing and making clients feel like a part of her family.   Kathy has been involved in the local Mount Herman 4-H Club as an active parent/leader and volunteers her time with Tri-Lakes Cares. The Raspberry Mountain Team contributes a portion of each commission to Children’s Miracle Network.  Kathy has experience selling luxury and custom homes, fixer upper properties and assisting first time buyers. Historical properties are her favorite. In 2009, Kathy merged her company, Raspberry Mountain Real Estate in Palmer Lake, Colorado with RE/MAX Properties in Monument.  RE/MAX Properties has five offices in the Tri-Lakes and Colorado Springs areas.

In 2017 Kathy's daughter, Kelly, joined the team.  Kelly was born and raised in Colorado and proudly calls Palmer Ridge High School and Colorado State University her alma maters.  Kelly loves her career as a Realtor and feels honored to help clients from many different stages and walks of life reach their homeownership goals.  

Together Kathy and Kelly are a real estate sales duo and serve clients from Denver to the Tri-Lakes to Colorado Springs and everywhere in between.  With an average of 35 homes sold annually, the Raspberry Mountain Team has helped hundreds of families get to the next chapter of their lives.
