Blue Moon Asian Cuisine and Sushi Bar opened in November of 2012 and is now offering Elko unique cuisine options, featuring Sushi and other Japanese specialties along with Chinese, and Thai favorites. A fully equipped bar complete with Saki is featured at the front of the restaurant. The sushi bar stands apart from the alcohol bar with its own dining area. The restaurant also has a vegetarian menu.
