Welcome to Sante of Surprise. We believe an illness or injury can be life changing to the mind, body and spirit. For that reason, we have designed our post hospital rehabilitation center with the intention of treating the whole person.

Post hospital rehabilitation is also referred to as "post acute", "sub-acute" and "transitional" rehabilitation. After being treated for an acute condition and facing discharge from the hospital, post hospital rehabilitation provides the ideal setting when you still need monitoring, care and rehabilitation. We are a short term rehab and provide no long term care or assisted living services. At Sante of Surprise, the goal is to help you reach your highest level of functioning and return home.
