Inspired by meals cooked through her extended family, Terrie Lobb developed a love for cooking at an early age. After attending The American Culinary Academy, she opened a small cafe near the courthouse in Bartow, Florida called The Docket. Through contacts with her customers that used her services, Terrie began catering on the side and found that it was more to her liking. Catering by Chef Terrie Lobb began in 2000 out of her home as she worked to prepare, deliver, and serve for each event single handedly. Today, Terrie Lobb Catering, Inc. has a kitchen staff with full time chefs and many professional servers that help make every event successful.
