The Mami Collective
Home

Motherhood is transformative, but it should never mean losing your sense of self. This space exists for women who love their children deeply while still missing who they were before “mom” became their only identity. It is for new moms finding their footing, working moms stretched thin, stay-at-home moms seeking purpose or income, and anyone beginning to feel burnout and choosing to stop it early. The belief is simple: you are not broken, and motherhood does not have to erase the rest of who you are.

The Mami Collective is dedicated to helping moms stay connected to themselves beyond parenting, prioritize wellness without guilt, build income and ambition on their own terms, and speak honestly about motherhood without shame or perfection. It challenges the idea that guilt and sacrifice are required, affirming that wanting more does not make a woman selfish. Founded by Paulina Roe, a media personality, creative entrepreneur, and mom, it was created as a response to how often women become unrecognizable to themselves after motherhood. This is a space for real conversations, real healing, and real growth, where moms are supported in becoming whole again without apology.
