Founded in 2012 by owner and practicing Occupational Therapist Katherine Bertucci, KAE Therapy was built on a strong foundation of early intervention experience and a passion for helping young children thrive. After working within the Early Intervention system, Katherine established the practice to provide more personalized, compassionate care for families. Today, the company has grown to include additional therapists, expanding its ability to support more children and families throughout the Chicagoland area.

KAE Therapy specializes in in-home, play-based Early Intervention occupational therapy services for children under the age of three. By bringing therapy directly into the home, the team creates a comfortable and familiar environment that encourages meaningful progress and development. Sessions are thoughtfully scheduled around each family’s routine, with a strong focus on collaboration by actively involving parents, caregivers, and family members in the therapeutic process. As the practice continues to grow, KAE Therapy looks forward to expanding its services to include physical, speech, and developmental therapies, further supporting the diverse needs of young children.
