Located in Los Angeles, CA 90008, Centennial Place is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization committed to supporting adults and transition-age youth experiencing homelessness, financial hardship, or major life transitions. We provide safe, clean, and welcoming shared housing along with comprehensive support services designed to promote stability and growth. Through personalized case management, life skills training, employment readiness support, and strong connections to essential community resources, we help residents build a solid foundation for lasting change.

We proudly serve veterans, survivors of domestic violence, individuals who are system-involved or formerly incarcerated, those transitioning from foster care, and others facing challenging circumstances. Our mission is to offer more than temporary housing. We create a supportive environment rooted in dignity, choice, and opportunity, empowering each person to heal, rebuild, and confidently transition into permanent housing and greater independence.
