STOR-ALL in Nevada was founded by Robert and Twyila Whear in 1971. The first facility, in Gardnerville on Industrial Way, was a venture in the fledgling industry known as self-storage or mini-storage. STOR-ALL continues to be a family run business and has grown to include 7 full service facilities across Northern Nevada, with two locations in Gardnerville, located in the Carson Valley, one in Dayton, Winnemucca, Elko, and a new facility starting in Mound House, near Carson City. We also have two sister locations in Reno and Fallon.

In 1995, Elko Stor-All was welcomed as the sixth addition to the Stor-All family. Just off the Lamoille Highway to Spring Creek, this newly constructed facility became an immediate favorite with the local population. It has rapidly grown ever since opening and has continually been the company’s busiest facility. It also boasts Stor-All’s largest U-Haul dealership. Stor-All was the first and is still the only facility in the area to offer climate control and dust resistant units. Expanded in 2005, just ten years after opening, this facility continues to be the forerunner in moving and storage in Elko and the surrounding communities.
