Home Realized Foundation

Home Realized Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Albuquerque, New Mexico, dedicated to empowering individuals recovering from addiction to create a brighter and more productive future. We provide quality, clean, and sober living homes in safe neighborhoods, offering a stable foundation for personal growth and transformation. Our mission is rooted in the belief that compassionate support, combined with a secure living environment, can foster lasting change. To enhance this journey, we also provide peer mentorship and connections to comprehensive support services, ensuring individuals have access to the tools and resources necessary to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.

Our organization was born out of both personal and professional experiences. Having supported veterans, individuals with mental illness, those with disabilities, and people re-entering society, we have seen firsthand the challenges faced by those striving to overcome life’s obstacles. These experiences inspired us to combine our business acumen with a deep passion for service, enabling us to extend meaningful help to those in need. By addressing the core needs of housing and support, we aim to create lasting impacts in the lives of those we serve, empowering them to move forward with confidence and hope.
