Vision Resourcing Group (VRG), based in Mission Viejo, California, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals and ministry leaders with the tools, training, and guidance they need to thrive in their God-given paths. Since our founding, we have focused on delivering tailored solutions through career coaching, financial training, and certification programs. Our services range from one-on-one career counseling and college readiness workshops to financial budget coaching and ministry development resources, all grounded in biblical principles.

We work closely with a network of strategic partners to enhance our impact, offering innovative programs that promote stewardship, generosity, and effective ministry leadership. Our initiatives, such as the Career Direct Assessment and the STRIVE Career Essentials Workshop, provide practical, life-changing support for students, professionals, and ministry leaders.
