Bell County Child Welfare Board

Thank you for stopping by our page! Our organization is a dedicated non-profit that has been supporting the children of Bell County for over three decades. Comprised entirely of volunteers from Bell County, our team is deeply committed to aiding children impacted by abuse and neglect. Our primary goal is to sustain the Rainbow Rooms across Bell County.

Bell County is home to three Rainbow Rooms, with each situated within a Child Protective Services office. Currently, we operate two Rainbow Rooms in Killeen and one in the Temple office. These Rainbow Rooms are essential, stocked with new items designed to bring a sense of normalcy to the lives of children affected by abuse or those entering the foster care system. Proudly, we are a part of the Texas Council of Child Welfare Boards.
