Harry Calivas has an extensive and diversified business background with more than 30 years of business experience. He holds the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Certified Investment Management Analyst™ (CIMA®) and Accredited Domestic Partnership (ADPA®). He also holds the Series 7,63,65 securities registrations as well as Life, Health and Disability insurance licenses. Harry completed paralegal training and the Accredited Estate Planner® curriculum. Although Harry assists in the estate planning process for his clients he does not provide legal or tax advice. Harry strongly believes that education is paramount to providing the best services and advice to clients; for this reason he continues to enroll and plan for additional education (such as a doctorate in financial and retirement planning).

Harry earned his bachelor’s degree (BA) in Economics and Political Science from Drew University in Madison, NJ and his master’s degree (MBA) in Business Administration from Dowling College in Oakdale, NY. In addition, Harry attended Adelphi University in Garden City, NY where he received training to earn the CFP® designation and Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he received training to earn the CIMA® designation. .
Harry's former affiliations include employment with both large and small publicly and privately held corporations where his responsibilities have included accountability for profit and loss, oversight of multi-million dollar projects/contracts/product lines, managing financial matters and playing an integral part in maintaining client relationships through customer satisfaction achievement.
Harry joined Prudential Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC) in July 2001.
Harry’s extensive qualifications, strong work ethic, and background enable him to provide the skills, experience, and knowledge that guide his clients with suitable wealth strategies.
Harry is a member of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., the Financial Planning Association, the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council (an affiliate to the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils) the National Contracts Management Association, and Investment Management Consultant's Association.
Harry also serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council and the Sun City Community Assistance Network (SCCAN). As a board member of CAEPC, two of Harry's responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of the quarterly newsletter and the selection of board nominated candidates. As a board member of SCAAN one of Harry's responsibilities include the preparation of the monthly board minutes.
Other activities that Harry enjoys include spending time with his family and friends as well as participating in extracurricular activities such as basketball, golf, hiking and riding his motorcycle.
