Hull Foundation for the Blind
Tucked away at the base of Mt. Hood National Forest in Sandy, Oregon, our 22-acre facility offers a blend of online and in-person workshops throughout the year. Adventure seekers can enjoy retreats featuring kayaking, white water rafting, and other outdoor activities. We host multi-day events and seminars on a variety of topics, from adapting to sight loss to exploring the arts to addressing the unique challenges faced by those with combined sight and hearing loss.
Our peer-to-peer support program provides over-the-phone guidance and resources for individuals experiencing sight loss, and blindness, as well as their families and caregivers, ensuring tailored assistance for everyone's needs.
Additionally, we offer presentations via in-person and Zoom formats for caregivers and professionals in health care, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities, enhancing support for both service providers and their clients.
Our mission is embodied in our tagline, “Keeping Hope and Dreams Alive”—a commitment we proudly uphold.
