St. Ambrose Episcopal Church

St. Ambrose Episcopal Church, a vibrant spiritual community nestled in the heart of Foster City, California. Each Sunday, we gather for worship in the Episcopal and Anglican traditions, drawing together an average of 65 adults and children across our two services. Our congregation is a diverse tapestry, with families hailing from various corners of the nation and the world.

At St. Ambrose, we extend a warm welcome to visitors, inviting all to join us in worshiping God as revealed through our Lord Jesus Christ. Our gatherings are filled with joyful praise, the proclamation of God's Word through scripture readings and sermons, intercessory prayers for our world, and the sharing of Holy Communion. We embrace the sacredness of this sacrament and extend an invitation to all baptized Christians to receive Communion alongside us. For those who do not partake in Communion, we offer a blessing at the altar rail upon crossing arms over the chest.
