About the Hotel:
The Comfort Inn & Suites® of Surprise, AZ is conveniently located in the center of Surprise, the fastest growing city in Arizona. The city of Surprise is part of the North Phoenix area between Sun City, Sun City West, and Sun City Grand. We are a very new facility, built only in July of 2008. The hotel occupies 86 rooms in a variety of types. We are pleased to serve you a full, hot breakfast every morning. Guests will also recieve a complimentary copy of the USA Today at their doors Monday through Friday.

Business travelers will appreciate the modern conveniences offered in the business center. Easily fax and copy documents while you are away from the office and for added ease; we offer a public computer with Internet access. There is also a hospitality and meeting room on-site, which can accommodate up to 27 people for most business or social functions.

Our hotel is just minutes from Surprise Stadium and Recreation Campus, Spring Training home of MLB's Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. Luke Air Force Base, the Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex, White Tank Mountain Regional Park, and University of Phoenix Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals, are only minutes away as well.

There are a number of restaurants and shopping centers that are close to our hotel, some are within walking distance. There are several recreational centers and beautiful public golf courses in the area. Spa services are also available nearby.
