Since 1989, the South Okanagan Similkameen Brain Injury Society (SOSBIS) has been dedicated to offering unwavering support to individuals and families coping with the challenges of traumatic and acquired brain injuries. Our organization was founded by a group of brave brain injury survivors and their family members, driven by a deep sense of empathy and understanding.

As a registered charity under the British Columbia Non-Profit Act, SOSBIS is committed to providing essential assistance to those living with the effects of acquired brain injury.
