Chris, a native of Orem, had a passion for paintball and a strong academic background in accounting. He graduated from Utah Valley University in 2008 with a degree in Accounting. During his early years, he found employment at the East Bay Post Office, where he honed his professional skills until 2012.

In 2011, Chris embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by establishing a company called Been Served, Pay Forward. The company specialized in producing business cards, vinyl lettering, and promoting the concept of service. Recognizing the potential to make a greater impact, Chris launched Serve Daily newspaper in June 2012, leading to a rebranding of the entire company.

Serve Daily quickly gained momentum and surpassed expectations. It became evident that this publication was more than just a newspaper—it was a catalyst for fostering a way of life. The newspaper actively encouraged individuals to serve others daily and emphasized the importance of expressing gratitude for any acts of service received.

Chris couldn't contain his excitement as he witnessed the steady growth of Serve Daily. He remained deeply grateful to all those who had supported the cause through advertising, distribution, photography, writing, and article submissions, among other forms of assistance. His message to others was a simple reminder: "Serve Daily" by extending kindness and service to those around them.
