Dillon's Restaurant was created by Rich Dillon and George Valverde. The partnership grew after working together and recognizing that their combined expertise was the perfect recipe. Rich's knowledge of menu concepts and his kitchen knowledge combined with George's management style creates a cohesive loyal following of employees and guests.

Dillon’s Grand Catering is a full service, on and off-site caterer, and will travel valleywide. From a backyard BBQ to an elegant wedding, call Dillon’s Grand Catering for all of your catering needs! Our catering office is located within the Sun City Grand community in Surprise, Arizona. Being in Sun City Grand, we are able to offer beautiful wedding ceremony sites and ballrooms that can accommodate up to 400 guests.

Since Dillon's beginning in 1999, we now proudly inhabit three locations, as well as provide valley-wide Catering.
