The O’Fallon Lions Club was founded in 1955, we are part of Lions Club International, the world’s largest service Club organization. Our members are dedicated to serve their community in helping those who are less fortunate than themselves with quality eye care, lock boxes for the elderly( St. Charles Ambulance Dist.), supporting our local food bank, and multiple service projects.
