Tough Love Fitness is a group Pilates, Barre and Yoga based program. 

My offering is designed especially for men and women age 40+ who need a good workout that will help to fight off the "midlife middle" and increase strength and mobility. 

BUT, this program is great for ALL ages and fitness abilities!! 

Modifications and challenges are offered for each movement so you get the workout YOU need.

My program improves core strength, stamina, flexibility and range of motion. 

And we have FUN!

We use cool playlists and silly humor to help get over the tough parts of the practice. 

You will sweat! 

You will get your heart rate up! 

And you will come back for more!
