Collette and Frank, a husband and wife team with over 25 years of experience in the bar and restaurant industry. We reside in the Des Moines area and are happily married with two wonderful children. We created Top It Off Liquid Catering after our wedding. The whole planning process left something to be desired. We wanted to create a one-of-a-kind experience with the bar.
This inspired us to build Top It Off a liquid Catering company that would allow event planners to create a personalized menu for a memorable event.
