Over two decades ago, in the small town of Johnston City, Illinois, Teresa Katubig established what was then called Extra Help, Inc – a temporary employment agency. She knew people needed work, and they needed help doing that. Her passion for community growth and development pushed Teresa to expand Extra Help, Inc to include payroll services quickly. We now offer everything from recruitment to retirement and have offices all over the Midwest.

Our team has worked incredibly hard to be an industry leader in staffing services, and our growth shows the direct result of those efforts.
