Meet the OWNER/ CHEF/HEAD BUSSBOY

MILES FROST - Fifth Generation Texan and direct descendent of the Old 300, currently lives in Simonton, TX on the family ranch. He has over 40 years of experience in the food and beverage business. He has been an owner or manager of many restaurants that are now national chains such as Chuy's and Joe's Crabshack and local Houston favorite The Buffalo Grille.

He was most recently managing partner of Dozier's BBQ in Fulshear, TX, and charged with resurrecting the brand to the standards of Ed Dozier. He says of Frydek Roadhouse and Winegarden, "I look forward to meeting a lot of new people and providing them with a great venue!".
