Columbia Gorge CASA
Columbia Gorge CASA recruits, trains, and supports community volunteers - just like you - to advocate for these children and ensure that they do not languish in the well-meaning, but overburdened child welfare system.
The trained volunteer, called a "CASA" ( Court Appointed Special Advocate) monitors the child's needs and follows up to ensure services are provided. CASA volunteers are a lifeline for children during this traumatic time in their lives - a bearer of hope.
We need more CASA volunteers so that we can serve all children in foster care here in the Gorge. Lift up a child's voice, a child's life. gorgecasa.org
