At Copper Queen Community Hospital (CQCH), we are passionate about providing our communities with safe, high-quality healthcare at the local level. As a nonprofit healthcare provider, CQCH is committed to providing care to all, regardless of their ability to pay.  

Each year more than 141,000 patients are seen in our 2 emergency departments, 14-bed inpatient unit, and 5 rural health clinics in Bisbee, Hereford, Palominas, Douglas and Tombstone. In addition to primary care, our specialist services include gynecology, urology, general surgery, gastroenterology, cardiology, endocrinology, orthopedics, podiatry, nephrology, and Oncology. Our patients are treated like family by dedicated, compassionate healthcare providers in a warm and caring environment.

The hospital provides a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services, including acute care; outpatient surgery; 24-hour emergency services; cardio-pulmonary services; rehabilitation services; home health care; an occupational medicine department; a full-service laboratory; diagnostic imaging and tele-medicine. CQCH serves patients, many of whom are unemployed, have low family incomes, and are uninsured or underinsured.
