Stephanie Green began her career in the foster care community that spans over 15 years ago. Ms. Green graduated from Thomas Edison State College with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services in 2008. Believing that her education and experience would be a key factor in helping individuals in the foster care system, Ms. Green furthered her education and graduated with a Master of Science in Human Services from Lincoln University in 2010. She found her education and human service experiences both rewarding and healing. This combination of education and work experience helped her develop a lifes mission statement: Inspire and Be Inspired By Others. Ms. Green believes that everyone should have the opportunity to live authentically and receive graciously in ways that can change lives. She is committed to the idea of life-long learning. As such, Ms. Green pursued a Ph.D. in Human Service Administration & Leadership at Walden University.

Ms. Green has held human services positions as an Individual & Family Therapist, Supervised Visitation Facilitator, Youth Residential Counselor, Life Skills Worker, Crisis Prevention & Invention Trainer, Treatment Foster Home Recruitment, and Program Director of Treatment Foster Home. Ms. Green is dedicated and passionate about transforming the lives of at-risk youth. She undoubtedly believes in her ability to promote emotional growth, resilience, and independence for every youth that crosses her path. She is the embodiment of a dedicated change agent.

Today, Ms. Green has turned her aspirations for helping others by starting a non-profit organization, Youth Training and Development Systems, Inc (YTADS). Established in 2015, YTADS has been designed to empower youth to be everything that their hearts can feel, think, and dream.
