A Legal Document Preparer is certified by the Arizona Supreme Court to prepare or provide legal documents for consumers or the general public. They must meet strict educational requirements and continuing education requirements.

A Legal Document Preparer does not work under the supervision of an attorney. Legal Document Preparers may provide general legal information but may not give legal advice.
