Industrious Opens First Location in Wandsworth, Marking Expansion into South West London

Industrious, the world's best flexible workplace experience company, today announced the opening of a new location at
OSMO, Quadrant's new 12-story office building in Battersea, South West London. The opening marks Industrious' seventh location in London, its tenth in the UK, and its first within the Borough of Wandsworth. The location asserts Industrious' commitment to expanding its footprint beyond the Square Mile and into one of the capital's fastest-growing residential and innovation districts.

Located in the heart of Battersea, OSMO sits alongside the iconic Battersea Power Station, an internationally recognised
symbol of London's industrial heritage and modern regeneration. The neighbourhood's transformation has made it a
magnet for start-ups, creative businesses, and high-growth SMEs, with strong transport connectivity and a vibrant local
community supporting long-term business growth. The opening also aligns with Wandsworth Council's Section 106
Affordable Workspace commitment, delivering inclusive, high-quality workspace for local businesses in partnership with the Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce.

The new space at OSMO is designed to foster connection, wellness, and collaboration across both floors of the workspace.
The first floor has been designated as an affordable workspace, offering local community businesses and SMEs preferential rates, price protections, and access to community-focused programming, while the second floor delivers Industrious' standard global workplace experience. Industrious will manage a communal lounge and terrace overlooking the iconic Battersea Power Station, hosting wellness programming and community networking events. Members are also set to have access to an on-site café operated by a high-quality specialty coffee brand in a welcoming social setting.

Located at 65 Nine Elms Lane, London, SW11 7EU, Industrious' space at OSMO will span 29,144 square feet, providing 450 workstations across 69 private suites, along with shared coworking, meeting, and community spaces designed to support teams of all sizes.
