31st annual Marion Chamber Golf Scramble held 9/24

The Marion Chamber of Commerce held its 31st annual Golf Scramble on Thursday, September 24, beginning with a noon shotgun start. Lunch was held from 11 a.m. - noon. Dinner was served from 5-7 p.m.

The event included a lunch, 50/50 drawing, driving range, dinner, prizes, and more! Event also included chances to win ONE MILLION DOLLARS, Titleist Pro V1 Balls & Putter, Bushnell Golf GPS, $250 American Express Gift Card and $25,000 toward a vehicle!

The Affordable Gas and Electric Team, comprised of Rob Wielt, Matt St. Ledger, Kevin Wilson and Kevin Bragee, took home the trophies for the team with the lowest gross. The team had gross/net scores of 54/68.

The Ericson Family Dentistry & Scott Bates Farmers Inc. team took home the trophies for the team with the lowest net. The team had gross/net scores of 54/62.

Gregg Stewart on Ericson Family Detistry & Scott Bates Farmers Inc. team won the Midland States Bank Closest to the Pin Competition on Hole #13. Stewart took home an overnight stay at Holiday Inn.

Stan Diggs on Security Specialists LLC team won the Longest Drive (Male) Competition on Hole #1. Diggs received a Kemper CPA gift basket, iron covers, and a tee combo pack.

Sara Haas on Walker's Bluff team won the Longest Drive (Woman) Competition on Hole #1, receiving a Kemper CPA gift basket, iron covers, tee combo pack and a putter from Ted Guttierez with the Small Business Development Center.

Dr. Max Galt on Commercial Janitorial Services team won the Longest Putt Competition on Hole #7. Galt took home a practice putting system.
